Facilities Overview

At the heart of our property is the OHC Complex, home to four fully covered, interconnected riding arenas under one massive four-acre roof:

  • Silverado Arena – 110’ x 265’

  • Emerald Arena – 100’ x 300’

  • Logan Arena – 100’ x 160’

  • Boarders Arena – 120’ x 150’

Additional facilities include:

  • Seasonal Rodeo Arena – 145’ x 295’

  • 220 acres of private fields for conditioning and leisure riding

  • New outdoor barrel racing arena coming in 2025!

The Prairie Complex (on the west side of the property) includes:

  • Indoor arena – 135’ x 225’

  • Dome arena – 85’ x 195’

  • Outdoor sand arena – 135’ x 250’

All indoor riding surfaces are professionally maintained for safe, high-performance footing across disciplines—from dressage and jumping to reining, gaming, and more. Boarder-only round pens are also available near each barn.

Horse Boarding at OHC

Our well-ventilated barns are designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. As a self-care facility, boarders are responsible for daily care and cleaning, but morning feeding is available—just leave your feed out and our AM feeders will handle it.

Barn Amenities:

  • Cross-tie tacking areas in every barn

  • Hot/cold indoor wash racks (Barns A, B, & C)

  • Two renovated tack rooms per barn, with new saddle and bridle racks

  • Storage for hay and tack

  • Trailer parking included

  • Sawdust provided

  • Large heated bathrooms near the Silverado and Prairie complexes

  • Limited individual turnout pens (must be maintained to retain use)

Stall Options & Pricing

Barns A, B & C:

  • 12’ x 12’ box stalls – $215/month
