Payment Information
Payment links will be sent no later than February 14th.
Payment is due by Monday, March 2nd.
If payment is not received by the deadline, your space will be forfeited and offered to a vendor on the waitlist.
If you do not receive a payment link, please contact us by email or call the office at 541-689-9700 and ask for Tommie.
Set-Up Dates
Wednesday, March 5th 9am-5pm
Thursday, March 6th 9am- 5pm
If you need special setup arrangements outside of these dates/times, please reach out in advance.
Load-In & Assigned Spaces
Logan Arena Vendors
Vehicle access is allowed for unloading only. Please unload and then remove your vehicle.
Vendors along the fencing will have tape marking assigned spaces — please stay within your space.
Center rows will be marked with cones at row ends and throughout the arena.
Concourse Vendors
All items must be hauled in by hand (no vehicle access).
Front corners of each space will be clearly marked with vendor names — please stay within your assigned space.
If you are unsure of your location, find Tommie and ask. Please do not take a space unless you are certain it is yours, as this creates issues during setup.
Tables, Power & Supplies
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and racks.
A limited number of folding tables are available for rent at $10 per table for the weekend.
Power is NOT available, so please plan accordingly.
Event Hours & Vendor Expectations
This is a two-day event. Vendors must be present both days with someone manning their booth.
The show begins at 8:00 AM — booths must be set up and open by that time.
Vendors are asked to remain open until traffic slows, typically between 5:00–7:00 PM, depending on the flow of the day.
Overnight Items & Security
Vendors may leave items overnight. While there will be no overnight security, the facility is equipped with cameras. Please cover your items before leaving each evening.
The Oregon Horse Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Safety & General Rules
Aisles must remain clear at all times to maintain required fire lanes.
Once the event begins, no vehicles will be allowed inside the building.
This is an indoor, rain-or-shine event.
March weather can be chilly — please come prepared.
