Vendor Spaces are reserved first come first reserved basis.
Booth Spaces will be assigned, however we will take into consideration your desired space.
Booths are $25 per 10’x9’ space per day and must be paid for before move in through this page.
Reservation of a space is only complete after paying for your space(s) / day(s) through this page.
Vendors must stay within their assigned spaces, and will be asked to move if using more that assigned.
If you plan to use a tent or trailer please plan that ahead of time with the Vendor Coordinator regarding size and setup.
Space per day includes exhibit space. If you need electrical you must state that in your application. Vendors are responsible for providing own table(s), chair(s), covering(s), signage, extension cord(s), ect.
NO WIFI is available for vendors.
OHC reserves the right to refuse service to vendors who exhibit rude, threatening or hostile behavior. Such behavior will not be tolerated and will result in vendor being asked to not return.
