Return Policy & Instructions

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Oregon Horse Center/Eugene Pro Rodeo within 30 days of the purchase date.  Credits or refunds are subject to management approval.

RV Reservation Refunds

Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds or credits for early departures. Any reservation canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival date will result in a full refund; less a credit card transaction fee. Any reservation canceled less than 7 days prior to reservation arrival date will be entitled to a partial refund, 50% of total reservation fees. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to reservation arrival date shall receive no refund.

Return an Item in Person

You may return an item to our main office, or by mail.  Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9-5
Saturday and Sunday 9-5.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
